A lovely experience relaxing in robe and sandals in the retreat room with a heated neck pillow and tea before my massage. Not a fan of the all brown textiles as it makes the space feel dark. My massage was excellent.

Amazing massage by Helen. She’s got very intelligent hands that understand the correct amount of pressure and how long to massage each muscle. I look forward to another session with her soon and highly recommend her work.

I am beyond frustrated with the service at SPAVIA in Boulder. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 1/16/26, at 1:00 PM, but about an hour later, I received a call telling me my appointment was canceled. The call informed me that my appointment had been moved to 2:50 PM. The explanation given was "to make our staff time more efficient." No apology, no effort to make it right, and no consideration for my time. This is beyond unprofessional, especially for a service-based business. To be told that my time doesn’t matter because someone else is more important? Seriously? What kind of customer service is that?

I have lived intermittently, but for lengthy periods of time in Boulder since 1972. I actually found Spavia to be one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail or beauty establishment. Robyn was wonderful, the location is spectacular, the premises are relaxing, the products too tempting because of their quality, and if Spavia is a well kept secret, it shouldn’t be.

OMG!!!! I had a deep tissue massage with Eben, he was absolutely amazing, know what he's doing and quite knowledgeable. My experience was relaxing and we actually had some good laughs....Amazing, I will definitely be back....the entire staff is Awesome

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Spavia with deep tissue massages and age defying facials. It was an absolutely splendid experience! We could not reccomend Helen, Robin or Spavia more highly!

I just had the most amazing massage from Gardner . He is an expert at his craft and I highly recommend requesting him when you visit Spavia in Boulder.
