Essentials Massage & Spa

It is a great spa to relax and get professional services. My therapeutic massage session with Holly was outstanding. I felt like a new person. It was not my fist visit to this spa, I love this place and I will come again!

Great experience I had a facial I am almost sure her name Jacqueline she was Wonderful! I have been at Essentials a few times and every time it has been a great experience. Clean place, Great ambiance people that work there are pleasant.. All Good no complaints. THANK YOU!

I booked a 50 minute deep tissue couples massage with Essentials of Brandon and came out a whole new person. The staff is friendly and professional, the location clean and upscale. The therapists catered to your individual needs, and made us feel so comfortable! I want to give a shoutout to Danny and Rebecca for their incredible talent! The booking process is so simple and the prices are just right. Essentials of Brandon is a gem, and a top tier find. Everything from the lobby to the bathroom is on point 🙌🏼 Thank you for all you do!

It was such a wonderful experience. Donna was AMAZING! It was so relaxing. I don’t think I have ever been that relaxed in years. She did a great job. I feel brand new. Will be coming back! Thank you Donna!!

The massage itself was great, but a heads up on pricing and gift cards. I paid $400 cash for a $400 gift card. When redeeming it, I was charged the higher non-cash price because the system treats gift cards like credit cards, so the posted cash price was not honored. This wasn’t disclosed at purchase and appears inconsistent with Florida cash-pricing disclosure standards. I’m hoping this is just a point-of-sale issue and can be corrected. While it’s only a 3% difference, as a regular customer who genuinely enjoys coming here, it was disappointing. In 2025, my massages were priced the same as cash when paid with a gift card, but in 2026 I’ve been charged the 3% surcharge on two visits so far instead. Sharing as constructive feedback, as I do enjoy my visits overall.

Their massages is exceptional. But their reception team is unprofessional and an inadequate. They withheld information from the tech which made my services take longer than expected. Also, the person who did my eyebrows I didn’t even pay for because they basically shaved all of my hair off on one eye do not go here for eyebrows … and she was so sweet but no the service was terrible. the girl who did my Color change on my toes after she got the appointment information situated was phenomenal!! But I will never come back here even for a massage just because this place is terrible how they conduct their self in the front. It’s ridiculous. They without information for the Nail tech and had her make a mistake which was not on her because she wasn’t aware. I also booked for a full set, and the receptionist only booked me for a pedicure and eyebrows, and all of this was on my birthday so this was definitely terrible

I would most certainly recommend this spa to anyone and everyone! It was insanely affordable and so incredible. Amy was so kind and great at her job! And the front desk staff was so incredibly kind and thorough! I feel so much better!
