Salud Holistic SPA

My husband bought me a Groupon to this place and I am so disappointed. After attempting to schedule with no availability for weeks in advance I thought oh wow this place must be amazing. When I finally got a date they rescheduled saying they had some repairs to do. I then requested a refund because I was over it. I gave it some time and ultimately tried again. Scheduled another session. The day of my appointment I get a text they are 30 minutes late ok no problem. I waited 1 hour after my scheduled time to be attended. I had scheduled a deep tissue and my 4 year old could have done a better job. I couldn’t feel anything. It was a 30 min massage and 30 min facial. The facial was so rushed I asked to add a service she said no because the schedule was tight mind you she made me wait an hour. All to say I would never willingly buy here super super super horrible.

As soon as you walk in your are welcomed to a clean, comfortable environment. Staff is extremely friendly. Yanni is so professional and explains how the service will provide. I felt amazing when I left . Great service overall .

I was so disappointed. At first I couldn’t find the place and called and texted several times and no one answered or responded. There was also no parking. The therapist didn’t speak English and it was difficult to communicate with her. The place was freezing and they had no table warmer or heat at all. The room was brightly lit I had to ask to shut lights. When I was getting undressed, a woman entered the room without knocking! I later learned she was the manager ! The therapist used gloves and I had asked for deep tissue but I barely felt her applying and pressure at all. The whole time of the massage which was supposed to be 60 mins and was only given 30 mins you could hear the receptionist and manager laughing and talking so loud slamming doors etc. The therapist asked them to lower it down but they just got louder. Horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money. I’m so sorry

I made and confirmed my appointment for 10/11/25 at 11am. When I got here (drove from NJ), I was shocked to see the office closed and access to the building blocked. No notification or explanation was given. I called and text about 6 times. Extremely disappointed with this establishment as I read good reviews. I need my tolls and parking as well as my voucher reimbursed. This is extremely poor customer service. I will never come here again.

Salud Holistic Spa is super clean and they offer a variety of packages to improve your health. Their lymphatic drainage massage is so awesome. I always come out rejuvenated. I give this place a five-star!

I love Salud! The service was great. Lisa made me feel comfortable. She was well knowledgeable about my service. Definitely will be back!

I absolutely love this place and Lisa is the BEST. SHE IS SO ATTENTIVE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING PERFECT. They took me as an emergency and Im so grateful. Great experience
