Michael was my masseuse. Despite the language barrier, he listened to me. He was able to target all the pressure points on my feet. Also, I got 10 minutes free because I checked in on yelp. That’s in terms of job skills. As for their etiquette, they were very unprofessional. They keep talking in their language and it was obviously about me because of the yelp check in. They were clearly annoyed that I got 10 free minutes. They snickered and laughed in a demeaning way. I was even pressured by the front desk woman to give a glowing review which I unfortunately did in front of her. I should have declined. It’s too bad because he was able to target all my knots. I would have gone back but for my self-dignity and respect, I will not. I will give them 3 stars just because Michael was able to do his job right.

I came here with my two daughters and the reception lady rudely told us to tip upon walking towards the front. She barely asked about the service. I barely had my barrens I was just walking out and our bill was paid in advance by my husband as a treat. He was waiting in the car. My husband had to come inside and give the tip for us. They made my treat feel like we were criminals. It was the way she asked that lets you know this place is not a "SPA" the rudeness reversed the relaxed feeling I thought I was walking out with. I hate greedy people and this place gives greedy money before client. If you’re African American think twice. There’s a scent of discrimination in the air here. The way they cater to a white male will make you sick. Take your black earned dollars elsewhere. We will never return.

My girlfriend and I are hooked on this place. Always a fantastic massage. Have had different women and they're all great Have and will continue to recommend Side note: For what they charge for an hour is an incredible deal. I see some of yous tip $10? I know that's 20% but come on people Challenge you to massage your significant other for an hour and see the pain you feel in your arms

Great spa. Been coming here for a while now and want to share the wealth. Relaxing vibes if your spending time on the chair or in a room. If you come often also get rewards and a free hour after a certain amount of massages. I would recommend Shirley if you need a really strong massage or Lilly if you want a bit less aggressive.

Possibly one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a couples massage for my mom and myself as a Christmas gift. My masseuse seemed to be falling asleep at multiple points throughout the massage. I could feel the pressure trailing off as she dozed off, then vigorous rubbing as she woke up and realized she had just been holding onto one of my limbs for 30 seconds. I wasn’t sure she was falling asleep when I was laying on my front, but it happened consistently and I caught her nodding off when I was laying on my back. Aside from that, she seemed to miss every pressure point. A lot of the massage was her rubbing her forearm on my oiled back with no noticeable change in pressure or focus. I left with the same pain that I came in with, plus some new ones. I was given a small 7% discount once I explained my issues to the front desk, plus a rewards card with 3 punches (instead of 2), but I wouldn’t want to come back to take the gamble. I also wasn’t offered a single apology. The only reason I give them 2 stars rather than 1 is because my mom enjoyed her massage.

Love coming here to get my back and foot massages. I’m a creature of habit so when I like a place I continue to go there. I’ve been to Tang Spa for almost two years multiple times a year and have never had a bad experience.
