Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I've been a member here for about a year. The staff are consistently kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and well organized. I've had an excellent facial here, but I get regular massages with Jill who is absolutely wonderful. She is attentive to my needs and willing and able to make adjustments when needed. Highly recommend.

This Hand and Stone location is reliably customer service trained and I have had lovely experiences with the staff. They are kind and helpful. My most recent facial was one of the best of my life with Natacha. She was incredibly informative, explained what we’d be doing, and created a plan for future visits. It’s 100% worth the monthly membership!

I recently enjoyed a 90-minute massage with an added scalp massage, and it was an incredibly relaxing and restorative experience. The massage table was warm and comfortable, which immediately helped me unwind and settle in. Ashlee, my massage therapist, was both pleasant and highly professional throughout the entire session. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very attentive to the areas that needed extra care, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The scalp massage was the perfect finishing touch, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Ashlee if you are looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and truly relaxing massage experience.

Been coming to Hand and Stone Waverly Place for a few years now and my experiences have been nothing but positive 🙂 The entire staff is professional, transparent, and kind. As a busy mom, I most appreciate how willing they are to work with my ever changing schedule. Thank you to Ashunta at the front desk! I had a massage today with Pedro. I came in with a lot of lower back pain. Pedro was good at listening to my concerns about my pain. He then knew exactly the right pressure points and stretching to do as well as massage to alleviate my pain and make me feel better. I’m very pleased!

I have been going to Jill monthly for a massage and it has helped so much with my muscle tension. She is great at offering stretch and exercise advice to help with any issues. My chiropractor visits are less as well! He approves!

**Updating this review: Its been 2 weeks and I didnt recieve an email back, I guess customer service isnt really important here as suggested.** came in for a basic facial today and had a good experience overall. The service was warm and welcoming from the start — Ashanta at the front desk greeted me kindly, and Maya, who did my facial, was great. However, my experience ended on a disappointing note. After my treatment, I added a $10 gratuity, but it was clear from Ashanta’s demeanor that she wasn’t pleased. The warmth and eye contact she had at the beginning completely changed, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated. While I understand tips can vary, every guest’s circumstances are different — and choosing to bring business to Hand & Stone should always be valued and respected. It’s unfortunate that such a great service ended with such a poor interaction. If employees feel underpaid or unhappy with their wages, that’s something management should address — not something that should be reflected in how customers are treated. I’ll be reconsidering future visits if this is the standard of professionalism.
