Li's Massage Therapy and Reflexology

My family had been using this massage service for over three years and always enjoyed both the massages and the prices. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was unpleasant. Prices went up and quality of service was poor. This time, a female masseuse gave me a massage in a tiny room at the end of the hallway. It felt more like a storage or practice area than a proper treatment room. She talked throughout the session while I was trying to relax and performed most of the massage over the towel. At one point, she said the room was hot and opened the door, which violated my privacy and comfort. My daughters were there as well, and their experience was also disappointing. Their massages were painful, and even after repeatedly asking the male masseurs to be gentler, nothing changed. I believe the approach should be adjusted for younger, slimmer clients. Since it was a mother - daughter’s time, we requested one room for three of us but they didn’t accommodate our request. Regardless of all this, I paid over 20% of tips because the front desk lady always says need to pay more. Sadly, this visit did not meet the standards we had experienced in the past. Thus, we decided never come back to this place.

I had a wonderful visit to Li's Massage Therapy and Reflexology. The moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere helped me unwind right away. My therapist gave me a full body massage that was both soothing and therapeutic, and the gentle reflexology work left me feeling completely refreshed. The space is clean, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing break. I especially appreciated the friendly staff and the soft lighting that added to the peaceful vibe. Excited to return here again for my next massage.

I have been here a handful of times. I walk-in for all my visits and I always get serviced immediately. They have many choices for types of massage and offer anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. All my visits have been great. My only gripe is the face cover they use on the massage bed is ok with breathability. When I let out an exhale my warm breath has no where to go. Maybe I'll try to rip the cover next time to see if that helps.

Every time I come here, the experience is incredible! Eva, the manager, is so caring and friendly and always makes sure everything is perfect. I especially love the combination massage—starting with the feet and then moving to the table for my back. The staff is always very discreet and adjusts the pressure exactly as requested. You truly walk away feeling like a brand-new person!
