Talk about superb, outstanding & first class service! I have never had a Mani/Pedi experience like this before. Nicole from the time I walked in, to the time I left, made me feel welcome, at home & by the time I left she felt like family! The conversation, the service she provided & atmosphere was top of the line! I left feeling refreshed, recharged & energized. If you ever need time to yourself & a time to relax, with good conversation & Timeout Chair Chattanooga is the place to go! If I could give 100 stars I would, I’ll definitely be back!

Today, my wife surprises me with a trip to Timeout as a Birthday Gift. She dropped me off and Miss Lisa tended to me for my Mani and Pedi. I was truly impressed with the decor her shop. The courtesies and welcoming extended to my were simply outstanding. I appreciated my drink as it is always 5 O'clock somewhere! We also got to meet Mr. Larry and the feeling of friendliness shown makes me want to come back each and every time I visit Tennessee! I am grateful and very thankful for meeting the owners and I will recommend this amazing Spa to anyone! Next time, I'm getting a cut! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The customer service here is GREAT! I made an appointment for my husband as a Valentine's day gift and they answered all of my (one million) questions. I stopped by to pay ahead of time and they were just as nice in person. My husband LOVED his services and appreciated the pampering session. He told a lot of his friends at his job about this place. They definitely have our support!

On scale of 0-10 our rating is 11 for Timeout Chair! My husband and I spent Valentine's Day weekend in Chattanooga. We called and made appointments over the phone. I asked if they would also receive women customers and they said of course. My husband and I each got the best pedicure we have ever had! The total experience at Timeout chair is wonderful. Ladies, treat your man and take him to Timeout chair. Treat yourself and go with him! They have the absolute best massage chair I have ever sat in. It massages hands and arms. A complimentary drink comes with all services. The staff is so friendly and makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I cant sing enough praise for Timeout chair!

Yesterday I had my first experience in the Time Out chair. It was absolutely remarkable. The environment impeccable. The lighting is a natural low, the sounds in the air is smooth jazz, the seating is a sexy Big Boy style, the greeting is welcoming!!! The menu of treatments is impressive. The pricing is affordable. You leave this place feeling like you have been given a gift. Ladies and Gentlemen of Chattanooga there is a new sheriff of comfort, care, health , relaxation and rejuvenation!!!! I am so thankful that I have been officially in the Time Out chai🤗🤗

Wife surprised me with this blessing of a gift for Father's Day, and I'm hooked! Larry and Nicole are the best, and they provide First Class treatment from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Their business may be called "Timeout," but they provide "Full-time" service. Top notch! I can't wait to go back.
