Meticulous Massage® | Deep Tissue & Chronic Pain Specialist

As an athlete, I love Meticulous. Nedra delivers a very deliberate pressure point massage, with different levels of pressure in unison to relieve stress and muscle tension. It is the only massage I have received of this kind, and it is now a mandatory part of my monthly routine and recovery. Thank you Nedra for always being so attentive. If you are looking for a masseuse who you can trust to tell you "what you need" from a massage, based on how your muscles "feel" then Nedra is your girl!

Had a really great experience here. Nedra was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took her time, paid attention to what I needed, and the massage felt really personalized instead of rushed. Left feeling relaxed and taken care of—definitely coming back!

Amazing massage! Nedra is meticulous, and she can tell you about all the physiology if you want to know it (I did!), but it is a full human experience - great space, great choice of oils, choice of sound, choice of light. And every part of me came out better and more relaxed. Also, Nedra is a kind and charismatic person. You must go!

Nedra is a beautiful human. I have fibromyalgia and am in constant pain due to inflammation. She took so much care in setting everything up just right for my comfort and gave me the best massage I have ever had in my life! She is thoughtful and caring and makes the whole experience peaceful and healing.

Meticulous Massage is on it's way to becoming the number one massage provider in the Chicago land area. I booked a 90-minute Swedish massage with Nedra of Meticulous Massage. Nedra is an excellent masseuse with ten years of experience. After I shared my areas of concern with her, she recommended a deep tissue massage. She assured me that her technique was not painful and would apply the right amount of therapeutic pressure. I trusted her expertise, and I'm so glad I did. My body feels fantastic. The pain/stiffness in my neck, back, and hips is alleviated. My muscles feel like Jell-O. The massage salon has a wonderful, clean, fresh, warm, cozy, and inviting ambiance. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I 100% recommend Nedra and Meticulous Massage to anyone who wants or needs a professional massage.

I’m new to the city and found Nedra on Google Maps, close to my office. Her spa studio is located in a beautiful, old building in The Loop. I loved my experience from start to finish. Nedra has created such a relaxing environment in the middle of the city, with special care and attention poured in to all the little details. My favorite part was the hot towels at the end of the deep tissue massage. I felt so happy on my way home. Thank you Nedra and I will definitely be back!

I had an exceptional massage today, truly one of the best experiences! After having hip pain from my running and workouts, I was fortunate to secure a same-day appointment. Nedra greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my concerns. The treatment room was not only relaxing but also very clean. Nedra worked deep into my muscles and I left feeling rejuvenated and significantly relieved from my pain. I will be back for another session and wholeheartedly recommend Nedra to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist! --- Feel free to modify any part according to your preferences!
