Wanted to share how amazing the facials were here. It was my partner and I's first time, and we were left relaxed with glowing skin. Both ladies were gentle and professional. The room was clean with a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Got partial highlights here and I’m really happy with how they turned out. I asked for something natural and the stylist really listened. The salon seemed popular—lots of clients coming in—and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!

I had really high hopes for this place but I am so disappointed. They washed my hair in cold water, and then made it very very clear they were rushing my in and out. My entire hair was and hair cut took 23 minute and it looks genuinely terrible. I asked for an inch off, she probably took about 4-5. I really dont know how to style it now it genuinely looks so bad. Don’t go here.

I had THE BEST experience at Mirror mirror. Stacy was an absolute sweetheart, such a beautiful soul. She gave me a beautiful haircut. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for both skill and kindness.

Staci was fantastic! I used the "Haircut, Styling, Partial Highlight, Damage Remedy Treatment Conditioning & Blow Dry" service from Groupon and was truly satisfied with the price and quality of her services. At my request, she chose a highlight color that really suited my face, and her face-framing was excellent. In short- highly recommend Staci, and I will be returning!

I received a full body massage for my birthday and it was great. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after. I recommend to anyone needing one.

Women of color!! Avoid at all cost. They are very unprofessional and blatantly rude. I given this establishment a couple of chances. However, the same front manager is very unwelcoming. As much as I wanted to tip, I couldn’t see myself paying them beyond the what I paid on Groupon. My self-care/pamper day was negatively impacted by the energy in this place. The stylist were holding a very loud conversation with man who was using profane language. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations over the ca music playing in the service room. I will never return to this establishment. 9/22/2025 The owner texted my phone after my review. So unprofessional and out of touch with reality. Her reply is false. Something needs to be done.
