Versailles Massage and Bar

This is my third time going to Versailles, always have great time， they busy at weekend i like weekdays more slow,front desk lady was busy but she’s nice and polite if u don’t want be rushed u need on time massage was best I recommend Vera Lucy and Davis, every one is good.And cozy clean environment.

This was a horrible place. The comments about the lady at the front desk being rude is true. I wish I saw these reviews before even purchasing the Groupon. She seems miserable communicated rudely and didn’t listen at all. Getting there we waited almost 10minutes to get in. We kept saying the door was locked she kept repeating it isnt When she finally let us in she said she thought she was talking about the door downstairs. Then we go in the room it was the explained that the massage was limited to shoulders and feet and legs. That should’ve been explained on the Groupon. When you get the drinks you get 1 minute to drink them no time to finish. The guys doing the massage one of them was sick ! Blowing his nose coughing. I’m not even sure if they’re licensed to professionally massage people because I’ve had massages before and this was worse than a dog walking in my back. Any good reviews have to be related to the rude lady and she’s asking a favor to combat the true reviews that this place is awful. Again lady at the front desk was rude ! because this was horrible diabolical service ! Don’t waste your money !!!!

Bought a Groupon for this establishment . Tried to book an appointment and was given attitude. After I stated I bought a Groupon she stated that I can’t book because I did a call no show . I tried to explain to her that that’s impossible because I have never book with them before : She was very rude dismissal and disrespectful. To top everything off it’s my anniversary . If I could rate a 0 stars I would .

As I’m scrolling through the reviews, it seems like everyone is saying the same thing, that the staff is rude and harasses customers for tips. I visited this place a few years ago, and it was a terrible experience. Every response I’ve seen from the business refuses to accept accountability. If everyone is saying the same thing, then the business is likely the problem. I have yet to see a response that includes an apology. Instead, all I see is them going head-to-head with customers. This is very poor customer service. You all need to do better and perhaps consider taking a customer service course.

My experience at Versailles Massage and Bar was extremely disappointing. The issues started even before my appointment, as the woman at the front desk was very rude while I was trying to schedule my service. On the day of my appointment, I was running late and called ahead to let them know and to ask whether I should reschedule or if I could still come in. I was told that it was fine to come and that I would still be serviced. At no point was I informed that my massage time would be shortened. Despite booking and paying for a one-hour massage, I only received about 30 minutes of service, and the massage was limited to my back rather than a full-body massage as expected. This was never explained or communicated to me beforehand. To make matters worse, even though the service was not what I paid for and I was clearly dissatisfied, I still felt pressured to leave a tip. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall customer service made this a very uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service or respectful treatment.

I never write reviews but I had to this time. I have not even booked services with this place but the communication with receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. I called to see if they had availability for my mom's birthday. The receptionist mentioned that they did and asked for a $40 deposit. I told her I was looking to purchase through Groupon but I just wanted to make sure they had availability before purchasing. She then asked for a voucher code, I told her I will purchase and then call right back. The receptionist preceded to say "don't book with me" and hung up the phone. Very rude and I'm thankful because based on the communication with this woman the services probably would've been HORRIBILE!! Thank god I didn't make a purchase with this unprofessional establishment.

Terrible Customer Service! The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. I Purchased a massage as a Valentine’s Day gift. Called to schedule the massage and was met with someone who clearly doesn’t like their job. Completely unprofessional attitude and lack of respect towards customers. They also hang up on customers after saying smart remarks. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK THEIR SERVICE.
