Crystal is amazing! From the beginning of the intake to the end of the visit, I felt at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes a thorough history, and has the technique to make the most stubborn knots disappear. I look forward to many more visits with her in the future!

I would rate her 100 stars if I could. She is truly the kindest person and an incredible masseuse. She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions so every session is tailored to exactly what your body needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving the best experience and results. I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s someone you can truly trust with your body and mind.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I rushed to make it to my appointment expecting a relaxing massage, but instead was questioned extensively about my pain and told the therapist would not continue without an X-ray from my chiropractor. As a busy mom with limited free time, it wasn’t possible to obtain that during the appointment, and the tone of the conversation felt somewhat condescending. We ultimately agreed not to proceed with the massage. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially since I had been looking forward to a relaxing hour. I’ve never been "interviewed" like that before a massage.

I am so pleased to have met Crystal at Chico locale Massage. She did a deep tissue on me and she got knots out that I didn't even know I had very professional very knowledgeable very relaxing worth every penny. I can't wait for my next visit. I highly recommend Crystal. Thank you, Rayna

This is one of the best massage places in all of Chico. She takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body and customizes the treatment to help you get the best results.

Crystal is half masseuse half physical therapist I swear. I went in with so much pain and soreness, and she not only worked through so much of it, but she was able to identify issues and showed me modified stretches to work with my physical ailments. Just one session and I’m feeling great. Even fell asleep a few times during it! Can’t wait to go back.

100% recommend. Crystal is professional, friendly, and truly takes the time to go home your health history in order to appropriately assess your needs in a massage. You can tell she really cares about what she does and wants to make the customer happy. The massage was incredible. Will be going back and will be recommending everyone to her.
