I’ve been seeing Anabel for a year now for my massages and reiki. I’ve done 2 prenatal massages with her and she just knows what my body needs! I always felt safe and taken care of during these prenatal massages. Now that I’m able to have massages laying on my belly postpartum, I’ve come to realize she has a lot of strength in her small body! Her massages are very intuitive, and I always leave her space feeling refreshed and exactly what I needed. We finish off my massage with reiki and I leave these sessions feeling whole, nurtured, and woken up to things I needed to see in my healing journey.
