Awakenings Massage

I had an excellent neuromuscular massage experience. Grant was extremely professional and, most importantly, a great listener. He really took the time to listen to what I was feeling and helped me understand what he was doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the session. I went in with significant neck tension and pain, and by the end of the session both had gone down a lot. I was able to feel real relief, not just temporary relaxation. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and cares about his clients’ well-being.

I was impressed with the level of comfortably, kindness and professionalism shown by Sue. I felt like she was very present the whole time, noticing areas that were tight and asking if she could work through them along with my TMJ problem areas. I highly definitely recommend this company. Grant was incredibly knowledgable and helpful at talking through my concerns and navigating ways to work on alleviating pain. His approach to massage allows your muscles to relax before digging into any sticky points and never pushing things to har but still getting an incredible amount of relief. I would highly recommend you see Grant.

I have had wonderful experiences with Sue. She is very skilled and really helps to shift my body into alignment. I am recovering from a whiplash injury and she really helps me feel better during a really difficult process. I definitely recommend Awakenings Massage!

Sue is AWESOME and her skills are AMAZING! Being a service-disabled Veteran, I have a bunch of aches and pains. Sue cures them (including headaches!) and the results last! I encourage anyone looking for truly effective massage therapy to schedule a session with Awakenings Massage! AW ROCKS!!

Great experience here! Never had a massage before but I had to get one with how stiff my neck was! 1 hour focus on my neck and shoulders and I so appreciate Mrs. Sue! Definitely recommend!

Sue is the BEST. I left my massage appointment and sat in my car for about 30 minutes after in a daze because my body felt fully relaxed and pain free for the first time in what feels like over a year or longer. The only reason NOT to go to Awakenings would be if you want to continue going to the 2nd best and under places in Colorado Springs. If you want the BEST - you want Sue at Awakenings.
