Affirmation Massage

Best massage I've ever gotten! Bear was super respectful of my comfort and home (My appt was in-home). The way they moved their hands it was very clear they knew what they were doing with all the muscles, and could tell what needed worked on just by feel.

I visited Bear after doing an extensive Google search for affirming massage therapists. I am thrilled that I found their practice! Bear not only created an amazingly safe environment, but also coached my achingly tight muscles to open up. One day later, I can open my stress-locked jaw without pain… that feels like a small miracle. I’m looking forward to returning!

I highly recommend Bear @ Affirmation Massage. 🌟 When I first looked for a massage therapist, I searched at least three pages of Google reviews and eventually found Affirmation Massage. One of their reviews led me to a video where they spoke about their massage philosophy. After that, I felt like I’d found the right spot. Bear is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. They have created a very comfortable and relaxing space. I struggle with a chronic pain condition and scar tissue from surgery that causes increased pain. Bear is always able to find exactly where I am hurting and transport me to a magical oasis, where for a little while, I am pain free. Take care of yourself and go see Bear. You won’t regret it!

I deeply enjoyed my massage with Bear this week. I really appreciated their intentional questions before beginning the massage so they could tailor the experience to my needs since I have some health issues and sensory needs. I felt much better after my session and my shoulders still feel loose the next day, even after a very high stress day.

Bear was amazing! The space is a clean and comforting environmant, they were super thorough in pre-assesment regarding some problem areas I had, and incredibly respectful and in tune with what my experience was. And most importantly they were caring and professional. What a safe and comforting service, I will be back!

Bear asked thoughtful questions before our session. Their office is comfortable and inviting. They found the knots and worked them out without giving me pain above a 3. Best of all, I didn't feel like I'd been run over by a bus the next day.

I've already has a few sessions with Bear and each time leaves me feeling so relaxed afterwards. Bear is so communicative, kind, and calm. They often check in to make sure you are comfortable during the session, which is very nice. Overall, I cannot recommend Bear and their practice enough
