Massage Envy

Buyer(User) Beware. This location is perhaps the most corrupt experience I have ever seen. My mother (who is a senior) used this location for years. There were a number of issues along the way which required my intervention. Finally it was enough. We went up together and my Mom canceled her subscription (that model alone should make you RUN out of there). Done, enough, thank goodness. When we tried to schedule a couple of appointments to use up remaining credits I was told all her regular therapists had left due to the new ownership. Apparently this new ownership later 'lost/you name it' records resulting in them continuing to charge her the monthly fee. We went by the location to complain/'re-cancel'. They continued to charge her. I called the location repeatedly. It was a nightmare. In our experience, these people are CROOKS. My Mom loves her new spot not so far away. No subscriptions. No way to get cheated. Cheaper overall experience. Everyone is soooo much happier.

If you can get past the 20 minutes of sales pitch and the receptionist disgusting, OBNOXIOUS VOCAL FRY voice, You’ll be so satisfied with an upper body massage with Griselda. Griselda is amazing! she alone gets 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a deep tissue massage with Ms.Claudia! She was very professional, kind and friendly. She was very focused and intentional in helping me recover from my muscle soreness. I highly recommend her 🙂 The only issue I had is that the whole place is very cold.

Awful. I feel worse today than I did before the massage. Can't turn my head. I keep trying to get a good massage. Honestly, it's a hit or a miss. Mostly, it's been a miss. And to hit me up for a tip right after the massage? If I want to leave a tip, I will do so. I believe $100 for a massage is sufficient.

My son and daughter-in-law purchased a massage for me. The massage therapist was great. My appointment was at 5:00 and I arrived at 5:10 which I understand taking time off because I was late. My children paid for a 60 minute massage at 5:51, I was told okay thank you for coming in today. At checkout I said my massage was only 40 minutes. They told me well actually our massage is only 50 minutes because our massage therapist give a 10 minute consultation, but my consultation was 2 minutes at the most. At checkout the girl asked me if I would like to join. I explained no I don’t think I want to pay $70.00 a month for a 40 minute massage when you advertise a 60 minute massage.

Very disappointing!! I had an appointment scheduled and even received a call the day before to confirm. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment to be told that it looks like they accidentally canceled it. Are you kidding me!!! I had a 90 minute massage scheduled and instead of leaving feeling relaxed I left with more tension and anger. Their only remedy was "well we can schedule something tomorrow". That's it????? I am canceling my membership with them and will never go back. If the client misses or cancels an appointment on the same day they charge you for it. What's their penalty????
