Heal Spa

The address has changed it's 3321 Unicorn Lake bavd Excellent service I received an awesome massage left feeling great it reduced my stress level after a grueling week to 0.0 and all at a great rate Thanks Lee be back soon

Reasonably priced compared to other local massage places 90 minutes was $90. They do charge $5 extra for credit card transactions which seems to be the standard for these places to counter the service fee from the cc processor which is totally fair IMO. One note is that it is very warm in there. Like they don't have central AC or it's just too weak to fight the Texas heat beating down their front door. They did have a small fan in the room that made it much more comfortable. Massage was good. Left feeling relaxed. The MT was running the rain sounds from her phone so it was a bit jarring when it would be interrupted by the phone ringing and her answering it. A little annoying for a loud ring tone to go off right by your head while you're trying to relax. I understand the need to answer the phone when you're under staffed, but maybe invest in a standalone sound player so the phone can be on vibrate. ------ Went back to give it another try this week. It wasn't nearly as hot this time around so maybe they got the AC serviced. Still had a fan in the room to help keep it comfortable. The MT also had her ringer off this time so it wasn't jarring when notifications came in. Had a good therapeutic massage that worked out some bad knots I have in my back. Bumping the score up to 4 stars.

I go here once in awhile. I have nerve damage and sometimes I'm in extreme pain. I've always gotten a good massage here. The only drawback is when they're busy, it interrupts the massage. Overall a good spot and good prices

Not the most luxurious spa I’ve been to but I left feeling a lot more relaxed than I was walking in. I got the full body massage and I feel like she worked the tension out of every part of my body. 90 min for $90 isn’t bad either.

Very good massage by an experience masseuse. She found all my tense muscles and released them. I've been there 4 or 5 times (always with the same lady) and have never been disappointed. Scheduling an appointment via phone works for me. I don't understand some of the negative reviews, but I would recommend this place for anyone needing a very relaxing massage.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was looking for a legitimate massage and felt so awkward when he walked in (after calling and the lady not understanding him) He asked how much for 30 minutes and pulled out his credit card, only to be told "no, cash, ATM!!" while she pushed him and pointed towards the door. He was so weirded out that he just drove off. Most of the positive reviews are fake. You don't have to be that smart to see what other reviews these people have posted, and they're only for massage places...two of the people who left a positive review for this place left the exact same, broken English review on another massage place. Very shady.

Staff is friendly and efficient (peaceful and calming atmosphere). Don't waste your money on any of those massages or spas at the mall. This is much nicer and better loved the service. very accommodating with appointments. I will return again, thank you and see you next week, very nice owner, she's friendly and kind.
