I really liked Chuze for several years as it has a great vibe and the facilities for the price were excellent. However, I often need to shower after the gym so I can get to work and there has been very little hot water on numerous occasions. The showers were also often in disrepair - shelves for items coming off the walls, valves that wouldn't close all the way, showers out of service. The staff were doing what they could to keep them clean and running so I appreciate that but management really needs to wake up and either reduce the number of memberships they are selling or upgrade the hot water system. I ended up cancelling my membership due to these issues and would love to return if they were to fix them.

I like the people that work at this gym they are very nice and friendly. They always say hello and they always say goodbye. I personally find the showers to be hot enough. I don't know what people are expecting when they say that the water is cold because I would think they're looking to have the water skull their skin off their body because the water is always hot enough. For people that complain about how busy it is all you need to do is look at the app and you can tell which hours are the best to go. I like to go at around 9 or 10:00 at night because I have a stroll on the treadmill then I take a shower, and then I head home to bed. That's a delightful evening for for me. I find it interesting when people complain about how busy a place is, it's like people sitting in traffic complaining about traffic. You are part of the issue so just find another time that works for you. Staff is lovely the place is clean and there is plenty of equipment.. I'm perfectly happy. In the picture of the shower with the yellow tape is an unfair depiction. That's the handicap shower. All the others are perfectly fine. And I love the shower heads they're nice and strong

I like the open concept floor plan. I think it makes the most sense. It’s a very large gym, too. I also like the large pool area, and that there are two saunas. There is a lot of cardio machines and I really like how the group classes are placed. Everything is easy to find and the turf is pretty big and open. Smoothy bar is cool although I don’t normally use those. I really like the location.

Nice gym, friendly staff, lots of machines, they keep it pretty clean. More facilities than many other gyms, but they are sometimes slow to fix maintenance issues. For example, the steam room has been kaput at least a week, maybe more. Timer not working on the circuit machines area. It does get pretty busy sometimes, mid-mornings are usually not too bad. Overall, about 4 1/2 stars. Not bad compared to the competitors, but it could be a bit better.

NO HOT WATER!!! Extremely disappointed! This gym charges high membership fees yet can’t provide one of the most basic amenities: warm showers. The hot water has been out for weeks, which is completely unacceptable. After an intense workout, being forced to take an ice-cold shower, or leave sweaty, is not a minor inconvenience; it’s basic hygiene and comfort. What makes it worse is the lack of urgency, communication, or compensation from management. If you’re going to market yourself as a high-end gym, you need to deliver high-end standards. Plenty of cheaper gyms manage hot showers without issue. At this price point, there’s absolutely no excuse. The value simply isn’t there.

Paige at Chuze absolutely crushed it. From the moment I asked about the pool, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. She clearly explained the pool cleaning schedule, set realistic expectations, and made sure I knew exactly when the pool would be available — no guessing, no vague answers. What really stood out was her attitude. Paige didn’t just give me information; she made the interaction easy, welcoming, and professional. That kind of customer service is rare and makes a huge difference in the overall experience. If you’re a member (or considering joining), Paige is exactly the type of team member you hope to run into. Huge shoutout to her and the Chuze team for setting the bar high.

You guys really need to get it together with the sauna temperatures…At all locations. They are never at the right temp. Monaco is the only one that runs it at the correct temp…most of the time. Recently it’s fine on the weekends but every Monday I come in, the sauna is way under what an advantageous temperature for a sauna would be. Corporate needs to look into sauna studies. 20 min @ 175 degrees is the minimum with traditional sauna. Again, it’s fine most of the time but recently starting on Monday it’s so far below temp that it’s a waste of a morning to even go over there at all. I have a home gym and use Chuze for recovery. What’s the point if I never get what I need out of the sauna. Then, if I bring it up to staff, you get attitude. If it’s not fixed soon I’m canceling my membership. Rather spend the money on a home unit and not be at the whim of people who won’t educate themselves on proper sauna practices.
