Mack is a truly amazing and skilled therapist. I have been seeing him for about 3.5 years now and I can’t laud enough his ability to identify problems and provide stellar therapy to improve movement and flexibility and ease or eliminate pain. He’s incredibly intuitive and also listens to you and adjusts his therapy so that every session is bespoke and focused on your needs. Go see him! Often! You’ll thank yourself for doing it!

I arrived stressed and tense but left calm and relaxed after a wonderful 90 minute session with Mack. From greeting me at the front door and throughout the session Mack was warm, gentle and welcoming. His professional skill is evident but the personal touches took the session from being excellent to being truly exceptional.

Mack has an amazing sense of what is most needed for a session. He doesn't rush and he is very methodical. I left in much better condition than when I arrived.

An excellent full-body experience. I've had massages before that were rougher, longer, or more targeted, but Mack's session was a hollistic experience! I came in not knowing exactly what to expect. The session was what I've always thought a massage session should be: therapeutic, relaxing, and invigorating. I almost thought it was too light of a touch to actually get the results I was expecting. Mentioned a few trouble spots in the quick consult before we got started. They were attended to masterfully. I went to the gym afterwards with my muscles and joints feeling better than they have in months. Just goes to show you don't need a heavy deep kneading to get relief. I'll definitely be back!
