The office staff is friendly and Andy is a great massage therapist. I cancelled my monthly membership because the restrictive policies on transferring and accumulating massages more quickly than I need them. I would recommend against the membership as the value is not very good and the restrictions if you want to transfer, including a $20 fee for a massage that has already been paid for, and the loss of massages if you cancel your membership, made my experience far short of what I was sold initially. I have received good massage therapy services here but the experience with the business and membership structure has not been great. Woodhouse and other spas have resulted in a better overall customer experience for me.

The best massage therapist I’ve had. Been getting massages for 15+ years and Jerrod is simply the best. Very attentive, great technique and leaves me feeling very relaxed after every visit. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to truly release parts of your body causing you pain, go see Nancy! I am sitting here in awe of the relief in my neck and glutes. MassageLuxe has always had the best massage therapists and Nancy is right up there! I drive 20 miles because they are not only reasonably priced, but because the people there know what they’re doing!

I enjoyed my visit in every aspect from the greeting to the waiting room to the massage with Devon. Everyone was a rock star here. Talking to other clients, they had all sorts of compliments for the other massage therapists; however, Devon did an awesome job of finding the spots that needed attention while giving a relaxing massage as well. I appreciate everyone at MassageLuxe. 😊

Prenatal Massage was good, but surprised the whole prenatal massage was done laying on my sides, when I informed everyone I’m here because I have pain from having to sleep on my sides..made it so difficult to target my lower back and hips. Feel more sore leaving the massage than I did going in.

Received a facial here from Izzy! I followed her to this establishment when she recently started here- as she is the only person I have trusted with my skin care since I found her 2 years ago. She is SO knowledgeable about which products work for your skin type and you can clearly see her passion for the industry. I love Massage Luxe for her (and for me!). Such a calming beautiful space and I felt fresh and new walking out of there.

The massage therapists have been great. The front desk employees are always helpful and cheerful. I love it here.
