I love working with Stephanie! She’s so knowledgeable and caring. I always leave feeling great, because she listens to what my body needs and offers suggestions, too. Whether it’s for injury healing or pure relaxation, the massages she gives me have been perfectly suited to my needs.

Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cupping technique was new to me and it felt amazing and reduced inflammation. Stephanie was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Stephanie is an excellent therapist. I experience near-constant neck and back pain from my job, and from my first appointment she began building a treatment plan to address these issues both during treatments and between them. She's very knowledgeable about soft and hard tissue anatomy, stretching, trigger points, posture, and joints. I highly recommend her!

She is very knowledgeable and explains everything that she’s doing with great detail. Cupping is my favorite therapy she provides! It is a great add on in addition to the massage. I will never go to another massage therapist other than her!
