Great massage, I don't know the name of the lady that took care of me, but she was so nice and really good at giving massage. I had many knots on my upper back and she worked them all. I only did 30 minutes but next time I'll go for an hour. I recommend this place.
I called to make an appt told me I was able to walk in and when I got there they had me waiting 35 min. Took them 10 min to start then paused a couple times to attend something else..The massage was okay not the best and also as I was getting ready to leave the lady who took care of me DEMANDED A TIP & said I had to PAY TIP because it Was required and I said I necessarily don’t need to give you tip because I already paid for massage and still kept demanding TIP and after I gave tip she took away the water bottle that she was gonna give me and walked away she was so rude to me I will not go again there ever again. I even had to take a picture of my receipt just in case they wanna over charge me from a tip they honestly don’t deserve.
Absolute worse massage! I paid for 30 minutes and didn’t get 30 minutes! I called and made an appt the day before and when I arrive she says she can only do 30 mins. You pay upfront and she asks you sign not complete the tip and total. I ended up doing that because I didn’t want to pay double for that service. When I was walking out the door she chased me demanding a TIP!!! I told her tips are not required and definately did not deserve one! You definately get what you pay for!
The massage was AMAZING ! It exceeded my expectations. I am an athlete and was having aches and pains and after the massage the pains were gone !! I recommend this place definitely one of the best in town I will be back. I believe the name of the lady who did my massage was lily. Again it was amazing !!
The massage at LVY was great. Very professional and accommodating. The staff was very friendly. The store was very clean and smelled great. I would recommend a massage here.
Excellent service best massage I’ve received so professional yet relaxing comfortable every ache and muscle knots where adjusted perfectly highly recommend visit lily is a fantastic masseuse I will be returning soon!
