Rebecca did a great job targeting the tension in my neck and upper back. She checked in with me on the pressure and it was great throughout! I did the relaxing massage 60 min and had a pleasant experience!

I absolutely loved the massage. I’ve tried many others before, but they only helped for a few hours. Here, they truly know what they’re doing. The deep tissue massage was perfect, my neck finally feels relieved, and my back does too. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had.

Scheduled a massage for my girlfriend for her birthday. Despite her constantly saying it was just a gift, they kept trying to upsell her on the membership and pushing. That sort of pushy marketing leaves a bad taste in your mouth even after a decent massage. No one likes to tell people no repeatedly, but these people have no trouble asking over and over again about the membership and even calling the day before that the price will be increased because she’s a returning customer without a membership. I was able to talk to a very kind and sympathetic receptionist, she was very understanding of my frustration and she did a great job handling the call. Jv did a good job on the massage as well. I just hope upper management can teach their employees to read the room and respect when someone says no to a service or membership. It’s incredibly counter-productive for an environment where the whole point is to relax.

I got a prenatal massage with Vero and it was very relaxing. She saw i had an Achilles tendon rupture scar and even showed some TLC to that area. Body felt amazing afterwards.

I had the best experience at this location! Elizabeth was the most kind receptionist I’ve ever had a check-in with. My 60-min massage was relaxing and I actually switched home-spa locations to this one moving forward. 🙂

Save yourself and book with some else! There is a reason why this location has the worst ratings. There are so many talented masseuse at this location but the management team is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. When any issues arises, the manager Ally is extremely rude and tries to belittle customers when she speaks to them. She does not listen to understand an issue. She clearly just wants to prove that she is the manager and she does not care what her customers have to say. She will not take anything into consideration. You can picture her grinning with every reply and her tone is very condescending. Just save yourself the headache and book with another company or a different location.
