Sports Massage By Josh

Just had a sports massage by Josh. I'm basically in full blown rhabdo. My CPK is probably 150,000. My UA definitely has infinite myoglobulins. Cr yesterday 0.5 from my labs, today 3.6 l suspect. I'm pretty sure one leg has compartment syndrome and I'm definitely hemolyzing. Held my breath for such a long time that my lactate is in the 6-10 range. His massage was the equivalent of a 4'10", 80lb 110 year old osteoporotic Chinese woman doing it = excruciatingly painful, but undoubtedly effective. Ace trigger point therapy. Hurt like hell. Felt like a noodle afterwards. Slept like a baby. 10/10, will definitely go again.

Josh, Is a very profession massage therapist. Very easy to talk to on how you are Feeling when he is working on you. Would defiantly Recommend Josh to anyone needing a massage.

This is a deep pressure massage so you feel the needed effects of his work and you know the time has been well spent. I highly recommend Josh and his services.

It was great working with Josh, I was tired of getting all these weak "deep tissue" massages at other places and I finally got the more intense massage I was looking for.
