Follow-Up Review I wanted to take the time to write a follow-up because after my initial visit, the owner, Alyssa personally reached out to me—and that truly made a difference. She acknowledged my concerns, was very kind, and made it a point to ensure my next experience was a great one. I returned and had a deep tissue sports massage, and it was exactly that—definitely not for the faint of heart, but absolutely effective. Isaiah was my massage therapist, and he was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. He communicated throughout the session, checked in with me, and made sure the pressure was appropriate while still doing the work that needed to be done. I left feeling significantly less tense and much more relaxed than when I arrived. I really appreciate the accountability and care shown by Alyssa, and the quality of work provided by Isaiah. This follow-up experience completely changed my perspective, and I’m glad I gave it another try. I will be returning and actual signed up for a membership.

Best customer service. I came in with bad sciatica pain going down my right leg and they did the job. They went above and beyond to ensure the pain went down. I came in with pain level 10 and left at a 6. Totally recommend!

After months of having sharp pain on my shoulder regardless of stretches or massages, I was pretty sure I needed surgery. Not anymore! Robert is highly knowledgeable in muscle anatomy and understands what needs to be done to fix the problem. I highly recommend.

Ariana (Ari) has been my therapist since November of 2023. I originally came in for neck pain and upper back tightness. After 3 sessions I have full mobility in my neck. I am visiting every 2 weeks to take care of my tight muscles in general. Highly recommend DSM cupping and scraping are a must with every sports massage as well as their their recovery services well worth the price. Front office staff Emily, Roxy and all the girls are amazing. Ari is a rockstar and knows exactly what she is doing can’t say enough good things!
