Rice Massage Therapy - Therapeutic Sports Medical

Ashley is such a knowledgeable massage therapist with excellent technique. I have chronic muscle issues and she has work diligently to help me get relief from the pain! I highly recommend her no matter what issues lead you to seeking massage therapy.

Ashley does an incredible job listening and understanding why you’ve come in and working on the issues while offering advice on how to manage or improve the problem. I’ll be making another appointment!

Ashley is the perfect combination of knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and warm. Her assessments are thoughtful, and she has a genuine passion for her profession and true concern for her clients. 10/10 recommend!

Incredible experience. I feel that my body has been educated from the experience. It produced the most familiar-unfamiliar feeling in my life. I’m so grateful to have found Wingate and Rice massage therapy.

Ashley is a fantastic orthopedic massage therapist. She's very knowledgeable and always ensures I'm comfortable with the amount of pressure. She also provides feedback for exercises and other tips I can do at home to ensure ongoing results. Highly recommend!

Ashley is the BEST! I have chronic pain due to my profession as a musician. She is so knowledgable and patient and an incredible massage therapist. I've gone to her whenever I am in pain from overuse or recently, when I sprained my wrist, she helped me heal quicker so I could play a concert. I depend on her for my professional life. Thank you!

I have been a client of Ashley’s for several years now and confidently recommend her to all my friends and coworkers. She has helped me through various musculoskeletal issues, and I always walk out feeling way better than when I walked in. She is constantly seeking ways to grow her arsenal of techniques and is truly passionate about what she does. I have seen Shantel twice, and recommend her without hesitation as well. Her background and specialty areas are a great addition to RMT. I have found Ashley and Shantel’s expertise to be unmatched by any other massage therapist I have seen.
