King Spa Massage

I was shocked that the front desk lady told my mom if she was not paying to get a massage then she can not wait inside. She had to wait outside. "You don’t pay for massage. You leave". Is those words used to my mom. I have waited on that chair before with no issue. Now, it’s an issue? The staff even acknowledged and apologized of the poor service and the rude behavior towards my mom. Apparently, that front desk lady is their boss. Regardless, that there are new management and potential new policies, you don’t treat anyone like that. If the lady would have been more polite and respectful then it would have been a different story. That experience ruined my massage.

First time using this place, thought I could get a quick 30 minute message for my shoulders and back. They put more oil on you than focusing on a message technique. The message technique was terrible, they just rub oil on your body. Left after 15-20 minutes, it was so bad. Them they wanted a 30% tip. Very suspicious behavior at this place.

Great experience here. My husband and I had a couples massages and the therapists did a great job. They even started our session early. It was a very nice and quiet space. We will definitely be returning here. They have promotion now ONLY $99 for couple. Amazing!

I called to confirm the one hour massage price $65 which is on their website. The lady who picked up the phone said $70 for one hour and then I told her that I saw the $65 on their website. She said $65 for one hour if I pay with cash. If there is a price difference between cash and credit card, then this information needs to be clearly stated in their website. Simply, they are taking advantage of customers.

The management and staff change is very apparent, we did a couples massage as we always do. The quality of the massage was VERY disappointing, not good at all. Also very hard to relax in a cold room with the masseuse talking to her coworker and leaving the room the entire time. I honestly just wanted the massage to be over. When completed we were not offered water (as most places do following a massage). For the price of $130 I WOULD NOT recommend and will not be back.

We purchased a Groupon and he did not want to honor it instead he said that he would price match it. Got inside me and hubby did a couples massage and it was horrible. I don’t think they really know what they are doing just winging it. I have had several massages and it’s never been this bad. A guy worked on my husband which he was not happy with, while the guy who worked on me coughed the whole time, I could feel him breathing on me while massaging me. Now I am very sick and have diarrhea. Stay away from this place. They are not clean!!!!! During the massage they threw the pillows on the floor!!! And did not clean or sanitize after previous guests!!! Don’t waist your money!!!!! Go to the real king Spa. They are a fraud!!!!

The staff was awesome! They were attentive and very nice. The place was very clean! I took my daughter, it was her first massage & she was very happy with it. We got to be in the same room which was definitely a fun & relaxing girls spa experience!! The only thing I would change is a deep tissue massage instead of the Swedish bc it was too gentle for me.
