Massage Envy

No star should be an option. I am very disappointed with Massage Envy’s quality and service of this location @ Massage Envy, Gainesville, on Archer Rd. I have gone to numerous Massage Envy locations over several years— by far, this was a disappointing one. My other half made an appointment for me awhile back. As as I traveled to him, he tried to confirm the appt with massage therapist Priscilla but was told by Sophia that at 1st it was never booked then 2ndly, after the follow up conversation requesting to speak with the manager, he was then told, oh yes she see the mix up and it was accidentally scheduled for the 7th by the young lady. The 7th isn't Valentines Day. In reading the past reviews, I am highly disappointed but shouldn't be surprised. I AM a member. Im NOT by far a guest. My other half planned today all around the Massage. So now, I am piveting and looking for something special to do. Although Sophia states that she will call if there is a cancelation but really, what are the odds of someone canceling their Valentines Day massage. Lets be real. We are not holding our breath. Please read all if not most of the reviews before you THINK OR CONSIDER to book here. I will repost this review often so that everyone is aware of this location. If the manager calls and resolves this matter and credits us a massage, I will definitely make another post. Be in the know...

The facial I got was amazing I really enjoyed myself....I was a walk-in but they managed to squeeze me in even though it was Valentines weekend...the staff was friendly, nice, and amazing. Will definitely come back when I visit Gainesville again. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Bad experience, I had over $500 of unused services. Originally agreed to pay $10 a month to keep my already paid services. They raised it to $20. Did not work with me. Do not sign up for a membership. Better off paying per session or going somewhere else

I had a great "ME TIME" on Saturday, I had massage by Amber and facial by Michelle, both of them are amazing. It made me feel relaxed, recharged, and comfortable. I decided to renew my membership and it’s all worth it. The front desk lady (didn’t get her name) she’s very welcoming with a positive attitude. And guess what? I had Lisa to do my massage. She was great. My body was so stiff and when I left there, I felt so much better thank you Lisa I will come again.

I've been going here for a few years now. The Service here is great! All the therapist know how to get treat any tension or knots you may have, not to mention they have the best price in town. I would recommend anybody to stop by this Massage Envy if their in town!

I’ve had massages occasionally in the past, but after seeing Eileen I immediately signed up for a monthly membership. Her experience and skill really stand out, and I doubt I could find a better masseuse anywhere.
