As a dog groomer, my work involves lifting heavy animals, which often leads to intense upper body tension. I recently visited Alfredo for a therapeutic cupping session, and I couldn't be more impressed. He took the time to address my specific concerns and clearly explained the best approach for my needs. I left the session feeling completely relaxed and revitalized—truly like a whole new person. Highly recommended!

I genuinely enjoyed my first session with Alfredo! He took the time to familiarize himself with the information in my intake form and created a truly collaborative environment. He made sure I felt comfortable in this space, and I also felt empowered and encouraged to communicate. He answered questions thoughtfully and gave me better insight into the things that were causing me pain. He also walked me through some stretches that would help, which I greatly appreciated as a kinesthetic learner. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be booking again!

I had such a thorough, deeply healing massage here. The next morning my body felt so limber and relaxed, like so much space had opened in place of the tight grip of tension. Alfredo is highly skilled and knowledgeable and he does everything with so much intentionality and presence which in itself is a gift. I am a power lifter and needed to keep my muscles moving for a national competition I had been training for. Alfredo did amazing work to keep me going. I was able to set new World, National, and State records with his help. Alfredo is my go to for all my body work and massage.
