Selma is a dedicated and gifted practitioner. She has an intuitive ability to sense problems and solutions. Her knowledge base continually expands. Over the years, I have received massage, cupping and cranial-sacral therapy from her, never been disappointed. In fact, typically leave feeling I am walking on air. Selma is a true gift to the Grand Rapids community and I recommend her without hesitation.

I've been seeing Selma on and off since 2019. She is a wonderful masseuse and has excellent bedside manner. What makes her unique is her cupping techniques. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud every time I leave one of her treatments.

I think Selma is very knowledgeable in the field and seems to know alot about health in general. She can tell what your body needs and makes great suggestions when you ask. She creates a very calm environment. She's friendly, kind and scheduling is easy.

Selma is simply the best at what she does! I’m a RN with chronic back pain and have gone to Selma on and off for 6 years! Your typical run of the mill massage therapists can’t do what Selma does, Selma listens to your needs and takes the time to do specific stretches and hits trigger points as a professional should! Selma is in tune with your body and pays attention to how your muscles react and will work them in the correct way until they have loosened. I had a 2 level cervical fusion in 2019, chronic cervical, thoracic, lumbar and hip pain - Selma definitely helps decrease my pain! After my last visit, my neck was moving in a way that it hasn’t since before my neck fusion AND I go to a chiropractor every week for the past 17 years! Fabulous massage, very relaxing! Deb was a great therapist. Listened and adjusted her technique to work where I was more sore. Also bonus, she spent time in Sedona and is well versed in tips from a place well known for massage and overall wellness.
