Malie Massage & Day Spa

Super shady. Went in for a couple massage. Their phone kept ringing and they kept leaving. They kept digging their finger nails into my skin. They offered a free 10 minutes and never followed through when we went to leave. The bill should have been $140 but they demanded a $20 tip then charged $196. When I got to my hotel I found they charged $215. Horrible massage and horrible business practice. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

SHADY BUSINESS. This massage place is called "Spa Banyan" on the outside. On the inside, it says "Maile Massage". The male masseuse I got was amazing and did an exceptionally good job. KUDOS to him. However, the FRONT lady was extremely rude, shady, and unprofessional. She REQUIRES you to pay a minimum $20 tip, BUT tips should be OPTIONAL dependent on the level of service. She started YELLING and screaming in my face when I showed her my Groupon voucher that I purchased for MAILE massage at this exact address. I was going to go back to this place, because the masseuse did a great job, but the front lady ruined my experience completely. Nobody deserves to be yelled at after a massage, not even asked how it was or offered water. I just feel robbed of my $20 and verbally abused. I was certainly going to tip him, but how do I know the tip even went to him because all she did was swipe my card??? Also, the customer should choose the amount to tip. The massage was listed as $70. If they were going to require $20 tip, then they should just list it as $90 and charge $90 for the massage instead.

I stopped in the night before and they had me write my name and number down and they gave me a call the next day to schedule a massage. The woman who gave me massage was amazing! I had a lot of tightness in my lower back and I left without any tightness. 10/10 would recommend. I want to go back for a body scrub!

It's an ok massage place. They might try to entice you to come by offering a free hot stone massage, but I'm pretty sure it's included in the massage by default. My massage therapist gave a pretty good massage with a decent amount of pressure. Despite what I said earlier, the hot stones are nice. I think they use the same oil as Salina across the way, as it leaves you with a weird citrusy/herbal smell. However, a lot of the massage was done through the sheet rather than with oil.

We went here for a much needed massage. We had a little glitch with our coupon but Janice was very nice and understanding and accommodated all four of us! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a very good massage and best costumer service if you are in Waikiki. Can’t thank her enough!!!

I randomly decided to treat myself to a massage and stumbled upon this location online. My specialist was lovely and had great pressure with her hands! Would definitely come back, thank you for making it such a happy experience!

I had an amazing massage from Crystal. I had tension in my neck and back and she did an excellent job relieving the pressure. Staff is amazing and very friendly. I am definitely coming back again.
