Clean facility, relaxing environment. The girls at the front are always so kind and welcome you with a smile. I had a massage by Beonka she was awesome and tailored her pressure to my needs for different areas. Will definitely be coming back. I have also done 2 sessions of the lymphatic drainage suite. As a runner I’m always looking for effective ways to recover. Would recommend 1,000 times.

Most positive thing I could say about this place is this is an phenomenal business model. Have somehow convinced their customers it is ok to get 75% of a massage and charge for 100%, and people don't seem too upset by it. Zero downtime for them as they can book people back to back on the hour. Might buy a franchise. Anyways, had a 3PM 1-hr massage, showed up 15 minutes early to do any intake etc, which they require/request. Intake was smooth enough, but I was not shown to the room until 3:04. No problem, this happens all the time - the therapist starts the timer when they begin the massage, right? Wrong. Therapist comes in probably around 3:07 or 3:08. Massage ends on the nose at 3:49. Back in the waiting area at 3:51. All in all, about a 42 minute massage. I was pretty confused, and mentioned something to the front desk. They said this was perfectly normal, and that I should have expected this booking a 1-hr massage. Massage was fine. Therapist kept coughing on me. If you don't mind paying for a 1-hr mid massage and having it shortened by 15 minutes or more, I recommend you come here. Just FYI, there are plenty of places you can just get a normal 1-hr done.

I tend to schedule at the last minute, let me be honest, yet they are ALWAYS extremely kind and welcoming at my check ins. The staff of therapist are very helpful in whatever way your body needs, skilled for injury situations, maternity care or just for relaxing and taking time for yourself. Have been a member for over a decade now there is no spa, nationwide, that I could ever complain about. Highly recommended!

Jordan was very professional, he made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. He turned down the lights/made sure I was fully covered as to not expose my body when switching positions, this was a big plus for me!! As for the massage it was wonderful, such a stress reliever..I slept great that night, except for the occasional potty run (lymphatic drainage). I will definitely be back to see him.

This was a birthday gift that my son set up for me and he is in another state. This was a very relaxing experience for me. It was so good that I started my membership on the spot. I enjoy the fact that I can go to any one of them anywhere makes it all worth it. Since I am a bowler, work from home, and on occasions (most of the time) exercise without stretching, this will come in handy.

The massage in itself was a great experience. My masseuse Robert was excellent and professional. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and comfortable. The downfall for me was afterwards during checkout. The sales tactic to convince me to buy a membership brought my tension up all over again. With every package I turned down the employee had a rebuttal which was very annoying. I guess it’s part of their job but all I wanted was to use my birthday gift certificate. This is why I give 4 stars and I won’t go back for that reason.
