Everyone is very nice. I have experienced massages from several therapist and loved them all. Massage is like pizza, they are all different and they are all good!

I went for my first 50 minute massage at Massage Heights and Maryam did a great job working out my tension built up in my neck, shoulders, mid back, head, scalp and jaw. The pressure was firm and I feel relief from my tight muscles and knots in my shoulders and neck. The room was clean, the massage bed was warm, I liked the ambient music, and Maryam was professional. The front desk receptionist offered me different packages to sign up in the future, explained the pricing, how to schedule, and when payment would be taken each month. I look forward to going back for another massage. Thank you Massage Heights at Voss!

The masseuse I had was Amy. Her strength is good, but she finished 10 minutes early. One time deal for that location.

I had high expectations for my visit to Massage Heights on San Felipe Street, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the front desk staff. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am, but we encountered a car issue and arrived just five minutes before our appointment time. As we entered, the female receptionist was rude and condescending, rushing us to complete the paperwork without any understanding of our situation. It felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Once the paperwork was done, the therapists called our names and started the one-hour massage. I have to say, the therapists did a fantastic job – the massage itself was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I truly appreciated their professionalism and skill. However, the front desk experience soured the visit. After the massage, we stopped at the desk to complete the payment, but the male receptionist showed no interest in assisting us, and the same unhelpful attitude from the female receptionist continued. It felt like they couldn’t care less about customer service. I left feeling quite disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I was hoping for a relaxing experience from start to finish, but unfortunately, the front desk staff made it unpleasant.
