I have been battling a pinched nerve for 26 long, excruciating days. Several chiropractor appts, pcp visits, ER visit, specialist visit, steroids, muscle relaxers, and cortisone injections, and nothing worked. I was desperate, in tears, and couldn’t move. I called at 530pm and was able to get an appointment with Patricia at 8pm. She was absolutely the sweetest, caring human. She listened, genuinely cared, and wanted me to be better. I woke up this morning, and I can move without any pain after 26 days. Thank you, Patricia, you truly are a blessing. I will definitely be back 100%!!!!!!

If I could leave 100 stars, I would—Randy is truly a miracle worker. I’ve had many massages over the years, but nothing compares to the deep tissue session I had with him. He has a rare gift for finding the exact problem areas and working through them with just the right amount of pressure, precision, and care. Actually a terrible massage. Was rushed out and did not get the time I booked for as the massage was from 7pm to 8pm and I was rushed out before before 8pm. I was dressed and in my car by 7:57pm. 60 minute massage should be a 60 minute massage. Told the lady who was massaging me that a certain place tickled and was uncomfortable and she kept massaging that area multiple times. She also kept massage me without oil so it pulled my skin and hurt. Staff needs to work on the hygiene as well. It is very hard to relax when there is a distinct body odor the entire time. The sign of the building was not lit either so I had trouble finding the place as I kept driving past it because it looked like a closed business as it is dark out and I also didn’t see or could read the sign that was not lit up when every other business around this place has a lit sign. I have also been coming to massage Heights for over a year as I was a member. They would always wait outside the room for me with and ask how I was. I did not get that. Totally unhappy with the way everything was handled.

The whole experience was amazing. The facility is clean, relaxing, and warm. The staff, super friendly accommodative, and engaging. I went in with high expectations and they met every single one.

Brad does not have the ability to understand a situation. Brad the manager (not a good one) said he could only rebook me and was not listening to what I was trying to explain. Maybe because I was feminine ? Employees themselves were sweet.

Terrible. Do not go. Manager and staff rude. Today I tried to reschedule my appointment til Friday due to the fact my son has the flu. They refused. I came into the location and they refused my service and refused to refund my credit to my account. The woman at the front was also rude to my daughter when she came to get a gift card this week. Avoid this location.

I had a wonderful experience, Reggie was incredible! The massage of course was the highlight but top that off with the atmosphere, great customer service, and pricing, you can beat it. I can’t wait to come back soon!
