Massage Heights Ward Parkway

This was my first massage and it was well worth the wait! From the moment I walked in the door the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming! Ms Phyllis was amazing and took really good care of me. She listened to what I needed and delivered hands down! I'll definitely be back! Thanks for everything ladies!

From start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly satisfying—from the intake process to the massage itself. Fantasia was absolutely fantastic 😊! She was attentive, professional, and made my very first massage experience feel truly amazing. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time. I will definitely be coming back again!

Kayla is very talented. I am very picky about pressure/ticklishness/sensitive nerves. Kayla kept a very consistent deep pressure and adapted to exactly what I needed, focusing on my areas of intense tension. She's phenomenal!

Terry was absolutely incredible! He worked wonders on my back, neck, hips, and the rest of my body. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. His technique, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. I will definitely be back! highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for an amazing massage

We were about 3 minutes late we understand we’re not going to get the full time but when the people at the desk stretched it out with questions our 60 (50) minute massage was about 33minutes even though we paid for the full time. We were also upgraded to hot rocks but they therapist didn’t know that they were added so we didn’t get that upgrade so when I told the desk they said oh well you can get it next time, not feeling great about everything so far Don’t believe that I will be going back .

Came here for a massage. Hadn't had one in 20 years. I should probably go a LOT more often. Relaxing and i felt great when I left. Will definitely book again!

My muscles had been feeling a little tight and I’ll say the 90minute massage was amazing. Gianina was very helpful and made me feel like she took priority in addressing my areas of concern. I felt relaxed and support throughout the entire session. I will be returning soon.
