My first time at spring wellness and had Christopher as my therapist - He was very kind and knowledgeable, asked few questions before starting the 60 hr session to what brought me in. Explained every step and if i had any concerns to just feel free to ask. He definitely took his time. ect I highly recommend Christopher. It was pretty relaxing & well worth it. Looking forward for going back . The environment is very professional and clean 👌

I just moved to the area Pleasant Prairie area from IL and I booked this wellness center for a prenatal massage. Right when I entered the center I was greeted by a kind woman with a warm smile and a great sense of humor. Not knowing the therapists, I booked based on availability for a 60 min prenatal massage with Suzanne Best and I am so happy she was available. I am 34 weeks pregnant and this was my first prenatal massage and she made me feel so welcomed. She was very communicative and making sure that I was comfortable. I was very impressed with the prenatal table she had. The table allowed me to actually lay on my stomach with no issue instead of doing a massage just laying on my side. This was a game changer! Then when I went to my back, the table allowed for a mechanical incline so I was comfortable the entire time. Suzanne was wonderful! I could tell she really cared about making me feel relaxed and each movement had intention. I loved that she asked about pressure and scent aversions. I can not wait to go back once more before I give birth 🙂

Christopher was amazing. I would highly recommend, and I am looking forward to scheduling my next massage with him. I left feeling totally relaxed, and he made me feel super comfortable.

I'm not sure how they have almost a 5 star rating when they don't even call to reschedule. I got rescheduled via email twice, no one called to verify i could even make those times they just did it and I got an auto generated email that said my appointment had been successfully rescheduled. The first time I saw the day before and their was going to be snow so I 100% understood them rescheduling, although not without asking me if the new time/ date was ok. Low and behold again I was supposed to have an appointment for a prenatal massage and luckily looked at my email before I got there and sure enough they rescheduled it for the following week for a totally different time that I can't even make. Trash customer service.

Kelly P. is the best! She is fantastic at deep tissue. I have on going hip, back and shoulder problems. She always finds those little knots of tension and I feel so much better when she is done! I'm adding, she did a great job on my upper back, shoulders and neck yesterday! I slept so good last night! Thank you Kelly!

Kelly is a very skilled therapist. She carefully and patiently massages the knots away leaving me feeling so much better! I look forward to many more sessions!

Going in I wasnt expecting much. Leaving I was extremely pleased. The service was great, a little painful due to tense muscles but provided relief. The ringing in my ears is still there however much softer. Im hoping with additional sessions the ringing will stop totally.
