I have seen Kaitlin now for two facials and one massage. Her hands are magic. She is so knowledgeable of all things skin care and massage. She is also a lot of fun and great conversationalist. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her.

Ariana was so great! I got an eye brow wax and tint for my eyebrows and eyelashes with my facial! She is literally the sweetest and the results were to die for. 5 stars all around. The atmosphere of the spa and the people that work there is so welcoming and homey. 100% will go there again!

This was my second time getting a professional massage and Laura was amazing!! I’ll now be booking once a month, it was so relaxing and who knew I had so many knots to work out?!

Went for multiple services the day before my wedding and the whole experience was fantastic. Everyone was very nice, the space was spotless and everything from the facial to the massage was amazing. They pulled out all the stops and made the day relaxing and stress free. Will be back!

Amberly is great! She listened very well to what I told her and spend adequate time working on the areas that bothered me, while still leaving enough time for the whole body massage. Definitely will go again.

Double wow! Just had our first visit to Serendipity and can't wait to come back. We booked for two people. One had Laura for a relaxation massage and said best ever! I had Amber for a relaxation/deep tissue massage and pretty sure she got ever spot that hurt. Had some trouble booking originally and Laura was super professional and made sure we were taken care of. Quiet spot tucked right off Kingston Pike that was peaceful and quiet. If you have been looking for a place to get a massage or always wanted to try, make an appointment!
