Buff Guy Massage

Josh has been pivotal in helping a family member heal from a recent injury. Josh has strength control and the knowledge combined to make this more than just a standard massage, but actually aid in the healing and recovery of your body. I highly reccomend Josh's massage therapy, he is absolutely worth it. He is kind, and professional too.

Let me just start by saying this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Josh is very friendly, and very strong. I got a 90 minutes deep tissue/sports massage: I’m very active and I had a few really intense knots on my back and general tightness all over and I was not disappointed in the slightest. He is excellent and feeling what needs work and taking an appropriate amount of time to work on those areas. The space was very comfortable, and he had a couple little warming massage gadgets that were a really nice touch. I recommend 100%… What are you waiting for?? Book your appointment now if you want the best massage of your life 👏 Great price too!

Huge shoutout to Josh. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in the gym, but he’s truly top tier when it comes to deep tissue work. My entire right lat, tricep, and bicep were completely locked up — after countless doctor visits and scan after scan, nothing helped. Josh offered to work on me, and in just 30 minutes he took my pain from a screaming 10 down to a 2. I can finally flare my lats fully again. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever get fixed. I’d recommend Josh to anyone. Thank you, man 🫵🏼🙏🏽

I had a 90-minute session with Joshua on Friday, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the facility was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The perfect environment to unwind. Joshua was phenomenal, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. He knew exactly how to adjust pressure and focus on the areas that needed it most. I left feeling completely to rejuvenated and balanced. If you’re looking for a massage that goes beyond relaxation and actually restores your body, book with Joshua. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing massage experience! Josh immediately focused on my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to release the knots without ever feeling uncomfortable. His technique was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist. I can’t wait for my next session! 🤩
