Don’t skip this place! I was in town for a conference and wanted to find a spot with solid reviews and amenities - IMR was exactly that! Kyrie was fantastic and provided a great massage experience with firm pressure that my crunchy shoulders appreciated. They also have an infrared sauna which was a huuuge plus. You can even book a shower so you’re not sweaty or oily when redressing. I can’t say enough good things about my appointment and highly recommend venturing to IMR for your wellness needs.

I’ve been receiving medical massages at IMR with Aaron for the past five months, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. I suffer from chronic pain and an autoimmune condition, and every single session he knows exactly what my body needs. Aaron is knowledgeable, talented, friendly, and genuinely funny, which makes the experience even better. He takes the time to listen, explains what’s going on with my muscles and joints, and always offers helpful at-home tips to support my healing between sessions. Every time I leave, I feel lighter, more aligned, and in noticeably less pain. Over time, the difference in my body has been incredible. He’s truly a godsend, and at this point, he’s the only person I trust for my care. I’m so grateful to continue my treatment with him at IMR and highly recommend Aaron to anyone dealing with chronic pain or needing therapeutic, results-driven massage.

I had the best therapeutic massage ever with Kat! she’s very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the body and knowing which muscles to push and which ones to rub. I felt so much better! I will reschedule with her again. I recommend her if you have stiffness and possible injuries you need to have worked out

Not happy. The area I was most concerned with was ignored. Even after I mentioned it. Esthetician claim my skin was oily snd swollen. Never had i been told that. Im told I look 10 or more years younger than my age. Previous visit was much better.

Honestly, I can't go back to any other massage place. The technicians here are so knowledgeable and skilled, the price is definitely worth it. I always leave here feeling refreshed and reborn. They've worked on me before and after I started my workout journey, and they've helped me with both. One day I need to try their other services.

From the moment of scheduling a time slot for the Infrared Sauna & Shower I knew it was going to be a great experience. The entire place was clean, orderly and smelled wonderful. I was warmly welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. The young lady that showed me the room, to taking me through the process, coming to my rescue for help with the chemotherapy and cleaning the shower before my use. It was AMAZING. I walked out floating on a cloud. I especially liked that the room only accommodates one or two people. Loved the fact no chatter during the session like you experience in a gym setting. Definitely worth purchasing a package deal. I will definitely return for more sessions.

My massage with Kyrie was wonderful! If you are looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage, I highly recommend her. During the massage, she talks only to assess if the pressure is appropriate and to give direction.
