Would give negative stars if possible... Super sloppy, nail polish all over my toes. There was no "massage" & the callus removal was a joke. Didn't even get all the dead skin off toes... in hindsight probably good it wasnt a thorough job cause I dont think their tools had been sanitized either. I wasn't paying attention when they bought them out but everyone has their own "case" & there was no trash for what should have been sanitized tools.... 12/10 dont recommend. $45. To get polish & lotion out on essentially. & immediately came home & put athletes foot cream on just to be safe. Truly can't believe this place has so many good previews, which is why I stopped in.

We went for pedicures on my bday. It’s a good thing we were a package deal. My husband got 5 star service , my service was 1 star. The polish job on my toes is sloppy and doesn't cover the entire nail. When I put my socks back on I could still feel dead skin. The leg massage was non-existent for me. The person that took care of my husband gave him the service we paid for. Very expensive. $200 for 2 pedicures including tip. To me I didn’t get the treatment I paid for. Again, it’s a good thing my husband paid or I would have paid separately and tipped accordingly. The person that did my pedicure made out because of this.

These folks definitely get over I came in for the same thing I get every time a pedicure and acrylic gel overlay and polish and I normally pay 68.00, these clowns charged me 94.00 and I’m going to show you the receipt and my nails, cause there’s no way that you charge me twice for a pedicure and a French design and buff and did not give me none of that at $94. These people will rip you off. Will never return here for service.

Bloom was amazing for our wedding prep! Thirteen of us received services for my daughter’s wedding, including nine pedicures (from basic to gel with designs) and nail services such as acrylic fills, builder gel, dip powder, and classic manicures. We were all finished in under 2.5 hours, and everyone absolutely loved their service. We couldn’t have been happier!

Entire staff was tense , it took 3 employees to help 2 little girls pick out colors for their nails. I tried to make casual conversation with one of the ladies there and she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look! The guy who did my daughters nails was literally picking and rubbing his nose. It was an all around awful experience. The facility is nice but the staff is NOT. I don't recommend anyone going here. Probably why you can't leave a review on their Facebook page because they're scandalous and extremely disrespectful to their customers. I shouldn't even had tipped because of the unprofessionalism here. My daughter and her cousin were excited until after they got their nails done. Both girls said they were mean to them while they got there nails done and have better experience at the nail shop in Walmart. So save your money!

What sets this salon apart is the customer service. I had a small issue with a color that looked different under sunlight than it did in the shop. I went back the next day, and they were so incredibly nice about it. They changed the color for me immediately with a smile and refused to let me pay for the fix. It’s that kind of integrity and care for client satisfaction that keeps people coming back. The atmosphere is always positive and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there.

My go to salon!!!! I always ask for Vee(the manager) because she is so kind and gentle with my nails. I recommend making an appointment. Once you find a stylist you like this salon is the best out there. Always clean and always offer a drink right when you sit down.
