Iron Palm Massage

I went for the first time today on a recommendation from my chiropractor. I was very pleased with the massage and the facility. It's difficult to find a massage therapist who not only listens and understands your needs, but also adjusts and intuits as you go. Trevor made me feel comfortable and I believe he will help improve my well-being with the pain issues I have been experiencing. I'll be back for sure.

Trevor has been extremely friendly and helpful in my healing and recovery. True body work. Understanding of pressure and technique along with helping me with recovery techniques at home. I needed to see him urgently and was able to get in. I have recommended him to most everyone I know. Great guy, great practice, great attitude, five stars

This is the place to go if you're looking for precise pain detection and elimination. Trevor is the most knowledgeable therapist I've come across. He always takes the time to explain why he's doing what he's doing, and how it benefits me.

Worth it if you can afford it. You typically get what you pay for in this world and massages seem to be no different in this regard. I've only been here once but Iron Palm stands out for me because Trevor truly listened to what problem areas I had and gave them special focus. This is the best deep tissue massage I've gotten to date. I like my deep tissue massages to hurt good and Trevor delivered. I get the sense that Trevor understands human anatomy well as it pertains to massages anyway. He's a good conversationalist too if you're in the mood for that. You'll be hard pressed to find someone better in this region.

Massage therapists like Trevor are hard to come by!! Through the years of moving and work travel, the amount of therapists I have been to, is kind of ridiculous, lol. However, Trevor is hands down, one of only a few that I would ever recommend to anyone else. if you are looking for a true deep tissue massage, go see him! I didn't even scratch the surface of what I am sure he could do since it has been too long since my last massage, but I am sure if I lived in the area, I would be seeing him monthly!

Best massage I've had in over 10 years. Trevor's method is so effective, I am accomplishing my body goals faster & for less money than with past massage therapists. Thank you, Trevor!

I've been utilizing massage therapy after an injury that occurred over 14 years ago. I've seen a lot of different massage therapist as I've had to relocate quite a bit. Once I found Trevor at Iron Palm I stopped looking for a deep tissue therapist in Lexington. He is a professional and extremely talented at what he does. The deep tissue work is tailored as he evaluates you before each session.
