Massage Envy

Everyone seems poorly trained. They may need better management. Front desk staff seemed nice but seemed unsure about some things. I called back to speak with a manager and spoke with the regional manager who had a terrible attitude. In response to owners reply, you don't even know what name my service would have been under or if I even got a service. However, the tone of your response says a lot. This is pretty much the same attitude. A simple, "We're sorry about any bad experience you may have had at this location. Please give us another chance." would work.

My massage therapist was excellent. Attentive, respectful, and professional. The establishment itself was clean and beautiful and comfortable. However, The elderly lady at the counter was VERY pushy about the 75$ membership. When I told her I wasn’t interested in a membership (for the third time) she said "It’s only 75 dollars, you don’t have 75$"? I felt insulted from this, As I had just spent more money than I was comfortable on with the massage. I understand it’s a costly process and I can prepare for that. But what followed, felt like shaming for not spending the amount of money she wanted me to spend. I do intend on returning, but will have zero tolerance for them pushing a Membership.

I absolutely love coming to get a firm massage from Suzanne! She’s personable, kind, and really professional. She really knows her stuff too!

I was in Littlt Rock for my nephew’s graduation. I was really in need of a massage so I booked with Zach. Listen, he is AMAZING!!! Book with him! He listened to my needs and got them all together. I wish I could’ve gotten in tomorrow before I leave. Of course he’s booked up! So, if you are in Littke Rock! Go check Zach out!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for several years, but today was my first experience of having a facial with Emily and I was completely blown away by her professionalism, exceptional service, and genuine love for her work as well as her clients. After our initial consultation (which was extremely thorough - she gave me a very detailed step by step explanation of what she was going to do, what product she was going to be using, etc), she made sure I didn’t have any other questions, needs, concerns, and so forth before moving forward with our session. It is so apparent that she takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows! I felt SO AMAZING after my session! Thank you for your exceptional service and personalized recommendations afterwards on how to keep my skin feeling and looking so radiant and healthy, Emily! 5 out of 5 ⭐️!

Chris was an amazing massage therapist. He was professional and very polite. He definitely earned kudos from me. I will definitely select Chris every time. I left the room feeling amazing and so relaxed. Select Chris if you have lots of stress. You will not leave the same! He is honestly great!
