Bene was fantastic to work with and he's an incredibly thoughtful, hard-working, and has a great sense of humor. He offers very relaxing massages and I was really impressed with the bodywork. I'm an avid runner and I cane to him in need of a lot of bodywork, which Bene specializes in with athletes. I felt so much better after our session and it improved my running performance as well. Bene was so easy to work with and schedule time together too. He's an excellent communicator and his studio is so clean and comfortable too. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had an incredible session with Bene and can’t recommend him enough. As a bodybuilder, I’m always searching for someone who can deliver a truly deep, effective massage and Bene absolutely nailed it. He applied the perfect amount of pressure, worked through all my tight spots, and left me feeling noticeably looser and more restored. Bene’s space is fantastic very clean, comfortable, and easy to access, which made the whole experience even better. On top of that, he’s extremely friendly and attentive, taking the time to understand what I needed and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. If you’re an athlete, bodybuilder, or anyone who wants a truly amazing massage, Bene is the one to see. Highly, highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (1 Trillion/5 if I could!) I had an amazing experience at Bodywork by Bene. Bene is kind, professional, and really attentive throughout the whole session. The space is super clean and relaxing, and parking was easy — which is always a plus! What really stood out was how communicative Bene is during the massage. He explains what he’s doing and incorporates breathing exercises that help you focus your breath on the areas he’s working on. It made a huge difference — I could literally feel the tension melting away. The price was perfect in my opinion, and the whole experience felt so intentional and healing. I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend Bene to anyone looking for real bodywork done right!

I seldom write reviews, but Bene deserves the props!! What a great massage therapist...and great guy. His studio is super clean, comfortable and relaxing. And he is so skilled--definitely one of the best massages ever. He is fun to be with...and certainly easy on the eyes! Very professional in communication and directions. His place is on a nice street with easy, free parking. If you have any doubts about booking with him...put them away and book right away! (Though I hope you don't take a time I want. Hah.)

Bene is an amazing massage therapist! Definitely book with him. I have had back surgeries which resulted in limited flexibility in my left arm. Bene not only knows massage but understands anatomy. He took a lot of time to focus on my neck and left arm. He also checked in the following day to see how my arm felt and I let let him know I was at the gym with better flexibility than I have had in a long time.

Ben has the most adaptive hands on the planet. Sometimes I get embarrassed by how good it is when I start to fall asleep from pure relaxation. If your body is feeling tired at all or you just want to de-stress, he is well worth it! He’s extremely welcoming and has a well maintained and clean studio space as well. I’ve tried other massages and this is the best by miles.

As a singer/performer, I've come to Bene for years now and he never disappoints! Recently, I booked with him following the closing of a show which left my body feeling tight and misaligned. After our session, I felt immediate relief that continued through the rest of the week. Even my singing improved from the release of all my built up tension! Bene is a master of bodywork and breath work, knowing seemingly instinctively how to care for you and your needs. I find he knows exactly how much pressure to use and where to focus his massage without me having to communicate or direct him at all. He is also an incredibly warm and welcoming person, maintains a clean and serene space for his massage clients, and even checks in for after care post-session. I absolutely recommend Bene and will continue to book him for massages.
