Elements Massage - Middletown

I had a terrible experience at this location today. I called last week to schedule an appointment on my birthday, there were no appointment times available at the time I called, so the receptionist put me on the waitlist. A few days later I received the below email and clicked confirm to lock in the appointment. Today, my birthday, I drive to the Middletown location, and go to the front desk to check in. I tell the receptionist that I have an appointment at 9, to which she proceed to tell me "no you don’t". I tell her I was on the waitlist, but got a confirmation of my appointment last week. I showed her the email I received along with the confirmation of the appointment and she rudely tells me she’s sorry I got a confirmation but I don’t have an appointment. She was incredibly rude about it and did not seem to care that their system was extremely misleading. She offered no way to resolve the issue. I took today off and drove over 30 minutes to get to the salon on my birthday to be very rudely spoken to and turned away for what clearly looked like an appointment. I will absolutely not be back, and would not spend a dime here again. If I could give this place half a star I would, purely because of the y professionalism of their staff and the troublesome booking system issue's. What a great way to start my birthday!

Bought a 2hr massage for the introductory price , which was a good deal but the massage its self wasn't great, the lady only massages me with one hand on each section she was working on and was going extreamly slow, i felt like I didn't really get a massage after I left, was very disappointed especially because it was the only thing I asked for, for Christmas this year, 😣 probably won't be returning.

The atmosphere was very calming and professional. And the massage itself was amazing!

The people are friendly and helpful. Craig is an excellent massage therapist!

It was my first massage ever and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave me great advice, answered any questions, maintained communication throughout, and made clear efforts to insure I had a good first experience.

1. Availability - The times and dates are very convenient for people that work 8-5 on weekdays. You get to choose from 1 hr massage up to 2 hours. 2. Easy booking - you can make an appointment online (very easy process) or just call and they will be able to book you service that you want closest to your home. 3. Variety of services- Elements Massage in Middletown has multiple specialists that are trained to provide a wide variety of services to meet your needs. I picked "Deep Tissue" massage and let me tell you, it was amazing. Jeremy found all of the areas that needed to be worked on and I felt like weight was lifted off my shoulders. 4. Attention to detail- all staff is very well prepared, helpful and attentive. Person at the front desk was very welcoming, my masseuse (Jeremy) made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was having a wonderful experience. 5. Pricing- I believe that I underplayed for the quality of service I was provided. You are truly getting "more for less" and I will be coming back. Thank you Elements Massage at Middletown.

The staff here at the front desk are very nice! I had my massage by Jeremy and he was great! He does amazing deep tissue work and I would definitely recommend him 🙂
