I had the most incredible lymphatic drainage massage with Ericka at A Healer’s Hand + The Nest in Madison! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully serene. Ericka has such a nurturing, intuitive touch — she explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and worked with such intention. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly rejuvenated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their healing. I can’t recommend Ericka enough if you’re looking to reset your body and mind. An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!

Healers Hand and Nest offers the best prenatal and postpartum massages in the Madison area — truly unmatched. I’ve seen Nicole through both of my pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and she is absolutely phenomenal. The difference in the quality of care is unmistakable. Their team understands exactly how and where the body holds tension, stress, and discomfort during pregnancy and recovery. Every session feels intentional, knowledgeable, and deeply restorative. I’ve tried several other prenatal massage options in Madison, and none even come close. During my first pregnancy, I struggled with back pain and sciatica. For my second, I scheduled monthly massages — and the change was incredible. I experienced almost no pain the entire pregnancy. I had a terrible back injury in June of 2025 that left me debilitated. I have a physical therapist through my medical provider that is completely hands off, so they would have little to report as follow ups to my orthopedic spine specialist. Kathleen is everything they said she is a miracle worker. Hands on, working with me to get to the root of the problem while factoring in other diseases I have and how they interact in my body. I am walking better and navigating life with less pain, thanks in huge part to Kathleen.

I started coming during my pregnancy - wonderful massages! Just Recently had my first Postpartum massage & saw Haley. Haley is wonderful, asks detailed questions to insure the proper session. I left feeling relaxed & revived. I always look forward to my visits.

Kathleen O’Reilly is the only PT you need! I went to a highly recommended PT that my insurance covered…after 6 visits and considerable money out of my pocket, I had little relief! One visit with Kathleen significantly increased my range of motion! She also has done wonders on an old back injury that so thought I would never find relief for!

I have had a few pregnancy massage sessions and I have to say….I always feel my best after a visit here…I don’t think I’d be in as good of shape without these appointments… First off, the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting. My particular room has always been relaxing and spotless. My treatments have always been thorough and I always feel like it is extremely professional. I haven’t always felt like massages were done by a "professional" in the past. So, I would HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE.
