Sunrise is MAGICAL!!!!! I live in Manhattan and hiked from the top to the bottom or the island on a bum foot and it threw everything out of alignment. Within one hour, my entire right side is fully functional and nothing hurts anymore! After a week of pain I have relief! Trust the process!

After shoulder surgery last October, I spent 4 months in physical therapy, and my range of motion and pain level was not improving. I turned to Sunrise for help. I experienced immediate relief and greater range of motion after 1 session! My physical therapist noticed the improvement and asked what I had done differently. When I answered, she suggested I stop the PT and go to Sunrise since he was helping me more! A visit with Sunrise is so much more than a massage. He genuinely cares about his clients, and he knows how to work with the muscles and coax the brain to reset them to a more relaxed state. I appreciate so much how he has helped me and taken the time to teach me exercises and stretches I can do at home. I have a better quality of life because of Sunrise's expertise.

I HIGHLY recommend Sunrise to all. I have had several sessions with Sunrise, and I will never go back to the big name massage places, which they were good..but not what I needed. Sunrise always makes it a point to pay attention to how your walking, asks questions to understand what you're needing from him. He will then tailor what you need. The first time I saw him I could feel the tension leave my neck and shoulders. To not be in pain was amazing. This last time I saw him, after my session he promised I would finally get a good night's sleep, and he was right.

Sunrise has to be some type of wizard or something because he was able to alleviate pain in my shoulder that had been altering my life for ~4 years…it got so bad I needed help just putting on a t-shirt. It was severe bursitis according to my doctor and they only recommended cortisone shots to help with the pain but sunrise worked his magic and I can’t believe the difference in a lack of pain now and improved range of motion.
