Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my mom and her aunt for a massage. My mother came back, upset and sad about the level of services provided. First of all, my mom stated that this service is not a professional massage at all. The masseuse is not skilled or knowledgeable. My mom has a lot of ailments and massages help her a lot with her pain. She said the masseuse was only pushing her, pulling her and poking at her, but it was not any type of massage technique. They did not use the proper oil or lotion as would be expected to help with the massage. The worst part of all was the moment of payment. My aunt was approached requiring a tip and they did not have any money on them because I paid the service for them. When my mom was paying at the cashier, the lady offered her water as my mom was completing the payment. The lady also pressured her to give her a tip. When my mom said that she didn’t have any money for a tip, the lady took the waters away and did not give them to her What type of establishment is this unprofessional to not even offer their clients water and they’re refusing to give them water when they don’t offer a tip. Please do not go here. This place is unprofessional and rude.

Horrible place! Don’t go. They are extremely rude, don’t give massage properly & don’t use oils. It’s like those places at mall. They make you pay before and then demand a $20 tip. They clearly rip people off and don’t respect prices advertised plus they tell you that they can only do 30 min massages when there are posted options for longer times. It doesn’t deserve a single star. This place should not be allowed to operate.

They demand tip. It’s ridiculous. I paid $100 I gave $20 asking for $10 back to leave a $10 tip. He stayed with my $20 and walked away ignoring my request to give back $10 change. Plus they made me feel so uncomfortable. The place also smells horrible. And the tip is already included in service.

I don't even want to give this place a one star! I booked a massage and several other treatments for two people. We ended up walking out. The person at the front desk was very rude and insisted (by yelling) that we pay and tip BEFORE our massages and treatments. What is even more ridiculous is that they demanded that we tip at least $30 to each therapist before we started anything! Furthermore, this establishment did not appear to be very clean. Very shady place! STAY AWAY!

The masseuse did demand a tip from my mother, and when I called they stood by their demand. I wrote to the email online and the person who replied to that handled my issue very professional. Although I am pleased with the outcome, I should have never been in this situation to begin with.

Very difficult to understand what they’re saying and they ask for tip up front. My masseuse didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Asked for a 60 minute session and gave me 30 instead. Luckily they refunded me part of the payment. Shady place to begin with.
