Massage Envy

I booked an appointment for 9 AM, and even after checking in, and sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, I still had to inform the receptionist, Kate, that the massage therapist never collected me to start the massage. You would think that a business that is virtually empty most of the time, specifically in the morning, would have employees that were intelligent enough to exercise even the smallest modicum of problem-solving skills. Not only did I never get the massage, but I also wasted my time driving from Southaven. Positively infuriating.

I had an excellent massage experience. David was highly skilled, attentive, and professional throughout the session. The pressure was perfectly balanced, and the overall treatment was both relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling noticeably refreshed and tension-free. I would gladly recommend this service to others.

Awesome experience and will absolutely be back. A membership is in my future. Margaret brought me so much relief. She got rid of my muscle knots and helped me relax. Kaidence was incredible with the facial…also helped me relax and made my skin feel brand new. Thank you ladies!

Aubrey is the "Chosen One". He is very professional, very attentive to your needs, he makes you feel that his expertise is exactly what you've been missing when he's finished with you. I truly had the most amazing experience with Aubrey and I am looking forward to making him my masseuse. Job well done Aubrey.

Tiffany and the staff is simply Phenomenal! They went over and above making sure I had an amazing experience. Mrs. Margaret's hands are the best!!! I'm sure everyone who comes to the Union location will say their therapist is the best as well! Mrs. Margaret is special to me because she shares the same name as my mother. So make your appointment to go and see them. I promise you won't be disappointed ✝️💜✝️ And they have a special going on too!!! Who doesn't like a good deal!!! 💜

Margaret did a great job today with the 90 minute massage. It was very relaxing and she used just the right amount of pressure. She really knows what she is doing.

Excellent service. Arica was professional and attentive. She asked questions to make sure my experience was everything I needed and it was!!!I make sure to book at least 3 months ahead of time to make sure I get to see her!!!
