Midtown Massage & Bodywork

Just ok. My therapist was extremely warm and friendly, but the massage itself wasn’t really hitting any of the pressure points. The power went out during my session in the first 15 minutes , and we continued on regardless which was nice but the table definitely got kinda cold towards the end. I stand all day at my job and I booked this massage specifically for my feet, and my feet weren’t even touched. Huge bummer about that. I don’t think I was ever asked what muscles or parts I needed more attention to at the start.

My massage was ok. I almost had her stop half way through cause I didn’t need my hands and toes rubbed, I needed specific muscle groups targeted. My prenatal massage was more of an oil rub down than a massage. It’s was a relaxing atmosphere and she was nice, but I would never recommend. Going to ask doctor and doula for a recommendation on local masseuse.

Went here for the first time today and had Lauren. She was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and sweet and massaged me from scalp to toes. I was melting into that massage table. She addressed all my problem areas and left me feeling amazing! I highly recommend Lauren. 10/10 experience, I will be back to see her again!

I've been seeing Michelle and she's fantastic. Her energy is calming and friendly and she is seriously skilled at what she does. She is able to pinpoint exactly what area/muscle to work when you're having an issue, and gives good explanations. Always a great experience.

I came into Midtown Massage & Bodywork back in April feeling absolutely broken. I couldn’t turn my head, lift my arms, or even brush my hair — my neck and shoulders were completely locked up. I was in pain and honestly just desperate for relief. Amanda was amazing from the very first session. She really listened to me, took the time to understand what I was feeling, and made me feel heard. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly caring. I trusted her completely and followed the therapy plan she recommended — and I’m so glad I did. Fast forward to now, I feel like a completely different person. I’m healthy, pain-free, and able to move again. I’ve made regular massages part of my routine because there’s no way I’m going back to how I felt before. So thankful for Amanda and Midtown Massage.

Mic is fantastic! I had a phenomenal massage with him today — courteous, professional, and attentive. He knew exactly how to work through the muscle tightness and knots I’ve been struggling with, and I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommend!
