Erik is amazing! He seems to really address the physical anatomy of your body- muscle, skeletal, movement, stretches. He has great knowledge and strength. His technique seems to be a combination of different methods collected from different parts of the world- he goes way beyond what one may be taught in "school". Very thorough and professional.
