Massage Envy

For my first massage, I recommend Diana. I will be coming back for the great customer service and massage that Diana had and gave. She was great at communicating and making the ambience comfortable.

This is my second visit w Jeremias. Outstanding!! I’ve had a ton of computer work dumped on me this yr. The knots in my back are awful. Each visit I’ve left refreshed and knotless! He’s so professional and creates a trusting environment. You’ve got to visit him! Adding this service monthly.

A very nice, quiet, soothing environment. I have used Susan and Mark. Both were very good. I did have to ask Mark to lighten up a bit on the pressure; he immediately responded. I definitely recommend the business.

Horrible Karen running it. There’s a couple good Masseuses there but the customer service is absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk always has the worst unwelcoming attitude. My husband thought it would help his back pain from the oilfield but then didn’t want massages anymore cause they didn’t help, so when he tried to cancel/transfer his credits to me & told them it was because he had a back Injury in 23 and it wasn’t helping, they wanted proof from a doctor he had the back injury in order to transfer his credits then when they refused to transfer his credits he went to book a massage and she wouldn’t let him get a massage unless he had proof he could after a injury that was years ago lol so he had to prove he had one or didn’t have one no matter what. Not wasting money on a primary doctor to give them a paper so now we wasted 300 bucks cause they won’t let him use his credits or transfer them. massage envy in Florida has always been great to us but this location has a horrible Karen running it. STAY AWAY. Go to woodhouse where atleast their customers come first.

Jeremias did excellent job of relieving some muscle pain i was experiencing. Was very understanding of the task and did overall justice to the area. Thanks

Mark is outstanding!! His ability to focus on problem areas is fantastic. I always feel much better after my therapy session with him. Truly the best massage therapist I’ve had in 15 years. Exemplary service.

Mark did an excellent job. In fact, it may have been the best massage that I’ve ever had. I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder and arm due to a partial rotator cuff tear. Hey worked deep into my cervical spine and my shoulder muscles and today I am virtually pain-free! I would highly recommend a massage by Mark!
